Account Deletion Request

You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your Finansify account and all associated records at any time.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

To delete your account directly from your mobile device:

  1. Open Finansify and tap the "Account" tab in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select "Edit Profile" or "Security & Privacy".
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
  4. Confirm the deletion dialog. Your account and all stored documents will be erased immediately.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, submit your registered email below or email [email protected]:

What Data is Deleted?

  • User profile, credentials, and authentication records are purged from the database.
  • All uploaded receipts, invoices, and image files are permanently destroyed from secure storage.
  • AI analysis history, warranty alerts, and subscription records are completely erased.
  • Family Space memberships and invitations are instantly terminated.

Finansify complies fully with GDPR and international data protection standards. Erased data is never retained in any backup archives.
